The compliance related challenges faced by, and the business needs requiring a Compliance Practitioner of the ’90s are completely different to the compliance challenges and the business needs requiring a Compliance Practitioner of the present. Compliance as both a discipline and a profession is also evolving in a very rapid pace. Is the maturity of the tools of practice of a Compliance Practitioner of the present evolving in a proportionately matching pace as the evolution of the discipline and the profession itself? Alternatively what tools of practice are becoming necessary on the side of a Compliance Practitioner of the present in order to match such evolution?
